Job Description:
We are looking for Chat Moderator who are fresher or experienced doesn’t matter but must possess skills to produce our desired value. Your job is to monitor live chats for quality, safety, and policy compliance. Escalate policy issues, enforce community standards, and support dispute resolution.
We are also looking for experts who have knowledge of these subjects: English, Math, SAT, IELTS, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, ACT, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, USA Hire, UK Civil Service, SSC, CELTA, DELTA.
Work Responsibilities
- Maintain a record of sessions and follow-ups.
- Help our experts to follow our policy and community standards.
- Moderate inappropriate chats before reaching to user or experts

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong judgment, calm under pressure, good written communication.
- Familiarity with content-moderation tools is a plus.
- Must be self-motivated and responsible with tasks
- Good typing speed and empathy.
- Critical and logical understanding; self-motivated.
Nice to have: WordPress knowledge is plus, but not required.
