Crest – The top point of a hill, mountain, or wave. The crest of a wave shows happiness and confidence because everything is going well.

16. Things could not be better! – It means everything is satisfactory. There is no need to change, everything is fine.
17. Better than some, not as good as others:- It denotes, the speaker’s life or state of a condition is better than some people but not to all people. It has a deep meaning only if you express it in that way. It shows all people have problems but some have fewer problems and some have more problems. I am better than some but not to all.
